What this website collects
This website is an information site. It does not ask you to register, does not build an advertising profile of you, and does not sell data. If you contact the hospital by telephone or through an appointment channel, the information you give is handled as part of your medical record rather than as website data.
Clinical information, samples and photographs
Any clinical information you share during an assessment, and any photograph you take of a wound, forms part of your medical record at Chongqing West District Hospital and is held under the hospital’s privacy and records policy. Samples taken for testing are handled under the same policy and are used for your diagnosis and treatment. Any use beyond your own care requires a separate, specific consent that you may refuse.
Your choices
You may ask what information is held about you, ask for a correction, or withdraw consent for any non-clinical use of your material. Requests are made through the hospital’s patient services, and the contact page explains how to reach them.
